This Division meets the Company’s needs in various aspects such as civil engineering, Electronics, mechanics, electricity, audio and visual systems, etc. In addition, it provides administrative employees who assist in the management and organization of day-to-day operations of public facilities, such as human resources management, procurement, marketing, and financial management. Technical and administrative employees are carefully selected to ensure that they possess the skills and expertise necessary for the efficient and high-quality execution of projects.

The Division also conducts selection and recruitment processes, monitors the development of current staff, and organizes training and development programs, based on innovative modern methodologies in the process of manpower selection and development, thereby enhancing efficiency and achieving specific goals.
