Permanent Annual Contracts

Permanent annual contracts are signed to ensure continuity and efficiency of operation and maintenance of facilities, and to meet the community’s needs, including the management and maintenance of buildings and devices, schools, hospitals, cultural and sports centres, cleaning and escorts services, hotel services and the supply of administrative and technical manpower, sterilization, hospitality and parking services buildings cleaning and disinfecting, and agribusiness management. Such contracts are signed based on the laws and regulations stipulated by the relevant law.
These contracts include many specific elements and responsibilities, including periodic maintenance dates, providing necessary resources, dealing with emergencies and other operational challenges, as well as regularly evaluating performance according to quality, efficiency and timely delivery standards, to enhance collaboration and partnership between the company and the service provider, creating a sustainable and safe working environment for employees and clients.
